My goal with my degree in Business Managment would be to become a Manager or VP with in the Customer Service Department of USANA Health Sciences. This degree gives emphasis on problem solving and decision making to prepare for a variety of career areas. The problem solving will help with customer retention and customer satisfaction. It will open up new ideas on how we can help the customer and us with a win-win result. The classes with this degree will help me think outside the box when helping customers with their issues. It will also help and open new ideas that the company can use to talk and open dialogue with the customers. Is a VP or Manager I will be able to further maximize the funds that are used and make sure that we are getting the best from the money that is being spent with-in the department.
